Having worked with financial services industry in leadership roles , He comes with a varied experience of managing Learning and development – Leadership development- Organisational development – individual development for Leaders and Executive Coaching. Vijay is a gold medalist from prime minister of india on project management during his early days of education , he has been recognised as best talent in the organisations he worked . His team management roles started in the age of 25 where he build and managed a team of 24 direct- indirect reporting members where he got the hands own experience of Leadership pipeline . The concept which he embraced to build in coaching people to manage their leadership transition phases. He have managed Development Center and assessment Center and certified in Behaviour Event interviews. He also have been instrumental in leading organisational change interventions and 9 BOX People management strategy. Vijay also comes with exposure to building and managing startup and worked with leadership teams in building managing and establishing teams .
